Payment for hobby groups takes place at the time of registration. If the payment is not made within an hour, the registration will be canceled. 
Hobby competition groups are invoiced monthly. The training fee is an annual fee that is evenly distributed throughout the year, even if the number of training sessions is different for each billing period.

If there are more than one child from the same household in our club’s competition groups, the family is eligible for a sibling discount as follows: -15% of the first sibling and -25% of the second – the sibling discount cannot be combined with other discounts and it does not apply to additional training groups. The right to a sibling discount must be notified by email as soon as the sibling starts in the competition group to laskutus@tampereensisu.fi. Sibling discounts are not granted retroactively. Discount for participants in two competitive sports: -40% for the cheaper sport.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Hobby competition groups: The cancellation must be notified in writing to iida.koskiniemi@tampereensisu.fi and laskutus@tampereensisu.fi In cases of illness, we only reimburse full calendar months in exchange for a sick leave certificate.
Competitive groups: The cancellation of a place in a competition group must be notified to the responsible coach or sport manager of your own group / team, and for invoicing laskutus@tampereensisu.fi If the cancellation is made in the middle of the billing period, only the remaining full calendar months will be refunded. Cancellations reported afterwards will not be refunded. In cases of illness, we only reimburse full calendar months in exchange for a sick leave certificate.
Cancellations of participation in competitions and camps and medical certificates: peruutukset@tampereensisu.fi Notification must be made on the day of the event at the latest.

Force Majeure and other conditions: If it is a force majeure, or an obstacle independent of Tampereen Sisu ry organizes training or competition events, the training and participation fees paid will not be refunded.

NOTE! To become an actual member, you must register in the My Club business management system and fill in the contact information fields. After this, send a message to laskustus@tampereensisu.fi and you will receive a membership fee invoice. Those participating in hobby activities will receive a membership fee invoice automatically when paying the participation fee. 
The club’s board of directors makes the statutory decisions on acceptance as a member once a year in January. 
The participant in the club’s activities gives permission to photograph and use images/videos in social media communication and in Tampereen Sisu ry’s advertising and marketing (e.g. social media, www and print).
